This coffee shows up in cup with soft citrus notes which lead into its clean and strong jasmine florals. The florals are nicely complemented by a perfumey white peach that goes long into the finish with the florals. This is an elegant washed coffee that I look forward to drinking every morning. The company works through its own farm, washing stations, hulling sites, and registered outgrower farmers across several Ethiopian coffee producing regions. This is a bright Kenyan coffee.
