Shipping policy

Golden Fleece Coffee ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

How shipping works

Every coffee ships directly from the roaster who made it. If your order includes coffees from more than one roaster, it arrives in multiple packages (one from each roaster), each on that roaster's own schedule.

Processing and roast timing

Processing time depends on the roaster and can include:

• Ship-from-stock: typically ships within 1–2 business days
• Fixed roast schedule: ships after the next scheduled roast day
• Roast-to-order: roasted after your order, then shipped
• Upcoming-roast pre-orders: roasted on a stated future date, then shipped

Some roasters may take up to about 2 weeks to roast and ship, depending on their schedule. The most current cadence is shown on the product page and in our FAQ.

Transit time

After a package ships, US transit is typically 2–6 business days, depending on your address and the carrier the roaster uses.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are set by each roaster and calculated at checkout for the items in your cart. Some roasters offer free US shipping above a threshold (for example $40, $55, or $65, depending on the roaster).
