Welcome to Golden Fleece Coffee. By browsing or placing an order on goldenfleececoffee.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who we are

Golden Fleece Coffee is a curated marketplace. We partner with independent specialty coffee roasters. When you order coffee, the roaster who made it typically roasts and ships that bag directly to you. Non-coffee items may ship from Golden Fleece or another listed vendor.

Orders and pricing

Prices, availability, roast schedules, and shipping charges are shown on product pages and at checkout. We may update product information as roasters change offerings. By completing checkout, you authorize payment for the items and shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is limited to the United States unless a product page says otherwise. Timing and cost depend on each roaster. Multi-roaster orders ship as separate packages. See our Shipping policy and FAQ for details.

Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We will address damaged, incorrect, defective, or clearly off products when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.

Accounts and communications

You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree we may email you about that order and related customer service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Fleece Coffee and its partner roasters are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
