The team at Lotus believes that exceptional coffee should be accessible to everyone. They know that water is the main ingredient in coffee, and for years, professionals have used specific mineral balances to unlock incredible flavors.

Now, The Lotus Coffee Brew Water Kit brings that control to the home brewer. This kit allows users to build water from scratch using curated recipes from coffee champion Lance Hedrick, match the water profile of a favorite roaster, or design their own unique water to achieve the perfect cup. It’s the ultimate tool for elevating your daily brew.

We mixed a magnesium-forward recipe on this kit and wrote it up as True North, with a calculator and the tasting notes.
