Born from a desire for better coffee, Presta Coffee has been operating in Tucson, Arizona since 2014. Roasting in small batches on a 15kg Joper, they handle each coffee with immense care, aiming to preserve the hard work of the producers while sharing knowledge about the many facets of the craft.

Presta's sourcing philosophy is a balance of loyalty and discovery; they work with a number of importers and farmers, cultivating long-term relationships while always being open to new producers. This approach is reflected in their offerings, which include both traditional (Natural, Washed, Honey) and experimental coffees. By seeking out unique and wild processing methods, Presta hopes to encourage the evolution of coffee, support producer innovation, and expand the understanding of what coffee can be.
