Song Feng is clean despite it's anaerobic natural processing. The cup opens with vibrant top notes of sweet cherry and crisp red apple, the cup quickly unfolds into a rich body anchored by warm brown sugar and golden honey sweetness. As it cools, a clean, structured Pu-erh tea finish comes forward, providing an exceptionally balanced, highly repeat-drinkable experience. Perfect for pour-over brewing to highlight its layered acidity and floral tea characteristics.
