This week we're adding a lovely Peruvian geisha from producer Dreyde Perez. This ultra limited lot will certainly sell out quickly! We're enjoying the clean and aromatic flavors of cranberry, orange, and berries, with a perky acidity.
Dreyde used to work as a technical agronomist for Cultivar, our green coffee partner who brought this coffee out of Peru. Now he manages the farm La Ponderosa in the Chontalí district of Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru. The coffee underwent 120-hour anaerobic fermenation after pulping, with the addition of selected saccharomyces yeast. Drying took place over 12 - 15 days.
