Another "boring washed caturra" for the win! We can't get enough of coffees like this gem from Finca El Tabor. If you enjoyed our caturra from Finca San Antonio, then this is right up your alley. The price to quality ratio is an automatic grand slam, and we love Tabor's lush and floral flavors of orange and caramel. San Antonio was Scott's daily driver for many weeks, and this lovely coffee is sure to become the next. Also available as espresso!
Cesar Dario Muñoz, son of famed coffee producer Fabiola Ortega, manages 5 hectares dedicated to coffee production. With support from partner InConexus, Cesar has driven many quality improvements at the farm, adding new varieties and improving cup quality. This coffee was depulped and fermented for just 24 hours, followed by washing and 19-25 days of drying.
Process: Washed
Region: Huila, Colombia
Variety: Caturra & var. Colombia
