Finca Fátima, proudly led by women and under the stewardship of Givette Pérez Orea, carries nearly a century of family legacy in Mexico’s cloud forest at 1,250 masl. Spanning 20 hectares, it cultivates high-quality varieties such as Gesha, Típica, and Garnica, blending heritage, sustainability, and biodiversity to produce internationally recognized specialty coffees. The farm stands as a model of sustainable and regenerative agriculture, completely avoiding the use of chemical products. Instead, it focuses on restoring soil health through the production and application of organic fertilizers made on-site.
