Khun Lao, Chiang Mai, is known for producing some of Thailand’s finest coffee. Nestled within a lush forest, the coffee trees here grow tall and strong under a naturally shaded canopy—an ideal environment for cultivating exceptional coffee.
I met Jaroon after the COVID-19 pandemic, and knowing him has been a true blessing. He is a farmer deeply dedicated to coffee, a craft that has shaped his journey and brought him to where he is today. One of my favorite things about him is his smile—genuine, warm, and a reflection of his passion.
This year, I’m beyond excited and grateful for the opportunity to roast his coffee right here in Boston.
