Fresh crop Colombian coffees are landing at the Prodigal roastery now! This "Ajial" lot from La Reserva Estate is a super-clean washed coffee, with big pineapple up front, crisp citrus, and a hint of anise in the finish.
High in the hills of southern Huila, La Reserva is a family-rooted coffee farm led by Marlon Rojas, a former pilot who returned home to rediscover his passion for coffee. Since then, he has immersed himself in specialty coffee—cultivating unique varieties, refining processing techniques, and even becoming Colombia’s 2025 Cup Tasters Champion. Today, Marlon and his team at La Reserva are combining tradition with innovation, crafting exceptional microlots.
