The 2025-2026 winter harvest is a big one for Perlitas! We are thrilled to have so many different lots, all harvested at the end of 2025, available now in 2026. Just as our Lot #6 sold out, this Lot #7 just landed. In this iteration, we're loving the floral orange and berry flavors. This edition is more process-forward than previous versions.
Perlitas makes fabulous cold coffee and ultra-light espresso too! Also available green for home roasters.
The Las Perlitas project sources and combines coffees that are otherwise too-small-volume to export on their own. Stephen from The Coffee Quest identifies these coffees and masterfully unites them into a wonderful creation lovingly called Perlitas, little pearls. This 7th lot is a powerhouse of varieties: pink bourbon, caturra, geisha, and a touch of aruzi.
Process: Washed
Region: Colombia
Varieties: Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha, & Aruzi
