Happy holiday season! This is Prodigal's inaugural holiday blend, featuring ultra-fresh coffees from two of our favorite growing regions, Ecuador and Colombia. We're roasting this coffee medium-light (a little darker than typical Prodigal coffees). This coffee is reminiscent of warm apple pie, with tart cranberry, red apple, and brown sugar flavors. It's perky yet balanced, with just enough fruity flavor to be interesting and unique, while still being cozy and chuggable. We loved putting this blend together, and we hope you love it too. Grab this limited coffee while you can!
Process: Anaerobic Washed
Region: Ecuador & Colombia
Varieties: Typica Mejorado, Caturra, Var. Colombia
