It began in 2024, after a 2023 trip to Thailand turned a vacation into a full-on sourcing mission and the founders realized just how much remarkable coffee was still waiting to be discovered. Blank Space sources beautiful, uncommon coffees directly from the producers behind them — like Thai grower Nathagrid “Yos”, whose experimental lots earned a top finish at Cup of Excellence Thailand — alongside standout offerings from Mexico, Ecuador, and beyond. Café-less by design, they roast lightly and dedicate themselves fully to sourcing and roasting, chasing the truest expression of each coffee and sharing their finds with anyone as curious about the cup as they are.
