CETO is a micro-roaster based in Keyport, New Jersey, with a clear goal: to provide unique coffees roasted to a modern light standard. Their profiles are carefully developed to highlight acidity and eliminate any "roast" flavor in the cup.

CETO utilizes a Stronghold S7X roaster that they have custom-modified to be able to utilize Artisan, combining technical skill with a passion for quality. They make their coffees available in innovative 20g centrifuge tubes and 115g bags, a decision driven by the goal of making even the most premium offerings accessible to everyone.

CETO embraces a wide range of coffees, from exceptionally clean washed lots to funky experimental processes, and is committed to communicating the profile of each one clearly.
