Mirra Coffee
Mirra Coffee was founded in December 2022 by Will Warren with a singular aim: to build an intentionally and exclusively Nordic-style roastery in the United States. Where most American roasters chase body and caramelization, Mirra goes the other direction entirely — roasting each lot just to development and not a moment longer, so the cup stays bright, clean, and unmistakably true to its varietal and terroir. Their guiding phrase says it best: bright, beautiful, true.
That philosophy starts long before the roaster. Mirra sources hyper-local, single-producer, single-varietal lots chosen for exceptional clarity and flavor differentiation, and pays producers fairly for the skill and labor that quality demands — with roughly 60% of their 2025 releases bought directly from the farmers who grew them. Each offering is calibrated individually to highlight refined sweetness, complex acidity, and a delicate, tea-like body, with nothing added by over-processing or over-roasting. The result is a lineup of remarkably transparent coffees that taste wholly and uniquely of themselves.
