This is the natural offering from Bambito Estate, Chiriqui, Panama. This is a perfect representation of washed Panama Gesha from a farm that consistently puts out excellent coffees year after year. We suggest pairing this with the washed gesha from Bambito, available here: https://ceto.coffee/products/bambito-washed-gesha Because of the cost of this coffee, we are offering it in 20g tubes, 50g bags, and our standard 115g bags.
Intensely floral, the cup starts off with a presentation of chamomile flowers and the fragrance of apple blossoms, which changes to a mild apple acidity followed by a mouthfeel and intense sweetness that reminded us of a perfectly ripe persimmon. We feel this is an excellent representation of a natural coffee - while there is a level of funk (we would not call this an extremely clean natural) it works well with this coffee's profile.
Funk: 1.5/5
Our cost: $94.1/lb after shipping, tariffs not applied
Sourced direct from farm.
Sold on 20 tubes, and 50 and 115g bags roasted every Sunday.
