This is the washed offering from Bambito Estate, Chiriqui, Panama. This is a perfect representation of washed Panama Gesha from a farm that consistently puts out excellent coffees year after year. Intensely floral, the cup starts off with a presentation of rose petals that quickly resolves to a gentle tea-forward mouthfeel that reminds us of oolong. As you finish sipping, you will notice a pleasant and deeply sweet acidity that made us think of blood orange.
