A pleasant and straight forward, clean natural Gesha. You can push this coffee hard on both espresso and pour over. In the cup we get a pleasant lemon acidity, with the green processing presenting itself to us as pink peppercorn. Almost paradoxically, this coffee presents with much more chocolate notes than the dark roast variant which can be found here. The chocolate notes in this coffee remind us of cacao nibs, but without the bitterness. We hope you enjoy this coffee and the fun experiment that brought these two roasts together.
