What we're tasting:
Dark Chocolate, Apricot, Nougat
About the coffee:
This sugarcane process decaf comes to us from The Coffee Quest in Colombia. We absolutely love El Nevado as a regular coffee, both on espresso and drip, which led us to sourcing this decaf as well.
The coffee is led by a nice gentle chocolate note, some burnt sugar sweetness, nougat, and a little apricot note that makes it a really interesting layered coffee.
It works great for both espresso and filter coffee.
Varietal: Caturra, Castillo & Colombia
Process: Sugarcane EA Decaf
Producer: Multiple Producers
Notes: Dark Chocolate, Apricot, Nougat
