This is a clean dark roast, and you'll get straight chocolate, marshmallow, and a little strawberry fruit that isn't funky, but fun. I suggest 1:2-1:3 espresso ratios for this, higher pressure profiles seem to shine. Our first washed dark roast - we hope you enjoy!
