A coffee we did genuinely end up dropping earlier than we intended to because of a few artisan bugs but ended up quite liking the results of. Funk has been further tamed down to a 1.25/5 and we find a generally more effervescent profile on this roast with notes of Rose, Honey Suckle , Vanilla, Mango lime tart and Strawberry candy.
