This washed coffee from Jarama at Kivubelt Estate in Rwanda presents itself with matcha on the first sip, followed by a deep pear sweetness and a blackberry jam mouthfeel. A vibrant cup, but not overly intense in the acidity. Composed of local bourbon varieties.
