A fun and mild Ethyl Acetate decaf from Sebastian Ramirez, you'll not recognize this as Castillo. This coffee sings rather than shouts, and in the cup you'll find tangerine acidity, accompanied with a tea profile that reminded us of raspberry leaf, and a wild strawberry sweetness that brings with it just a touch of funk.
