This washed coffee from the Tuma Tesso community in Jimma, Ethiopia, presents as a clean, structured lot with a classic profile of black tea, white nectarine, and a full, jammy mouthfeel that reminds us of blackberry preserves. Produced at in Jimma’s highlands, this microlot features Ethiopian landrace varieties 74110 and 74112. Cherries are fully washed and processed at the community mill before being dried on raised beds.
